Yes! Nutrition clients will meet with their trainer 1x a week for 30 minutes for 4 weeks depending on fitness goals. They will help you implement behavior changes and take into account your sleep and mood for whole wellness. We are also a pick up spot for Balanced Meals, a meal prep company that will help you reach your goals and cook for you! You can order and pick up at the end of the week at the gym after your workout.

We hold FREE community classes every Saturday morning at 9:30 AM. These are partner workouts and open to anyone who wants to give it a try.
Weightlifting classes are 60 minutes and instructor led. This class focuses on improving one specific weightlifting movement. These cycles will last 8-12 weeks depending on the movement. Weightlifting classes are T/TH 6:30 PM F 5:00 AM
DEKA classes are 60 minutes and instructor led. These classes are led by our USAW certified coach and focus on weightlifting technique and form. Barbell Club is Sundays at 2:00 PM and Wednesdays 6:00 PM.

Class times are T/TH 6:00 AM and 4:30 PM, TH 7:00 PM Movements: Ram Reverse Lunges, Rowing, Step/Jump overs, Medicine Ball sit ups, Ski Erg, Farmers Carry, Biking, Dball over Shoulder, Tank push/pull, and ram burpees.
Group Fitness classes are 60 minutes and instructor led. There will be a warm up, strength or skill, work out, and cool down. These movements will be functional fitness movements covering weightlifting, cardio, and body control skills.
Yes! You will need shower shoes and your own toiletries. There are lockers in the restrooms for you to leave items if you choose. You can also bring your own lock for your locker.
