Do you offer Nutrition help?

Yes! Nutrition clients will meet with their trainer 1x a week for 30 minutes for 4 weeks depending on fitness goals. They will help you implement behavior changes and take into account your sleep and mood for whole wellness. We are also a pick up spot for Balanced Meals, a meal prep company that will help you reach your goals and cook for you! You can order and pick up at the end of the week at the gym after your workout.

Do you have Air Conditioning?

Yes! We have heat and air conditioning as well as fans we can use during classes.

What music do you play?

Mostly Rock and sometimes a little bit of Whitney Houston

What if I don’t want to train in a group?

We have personal training options with any of our coaches if you are looking for 1:1 attention or are trying to reach specific fitness goals.

What is the Kids Program?

The kids program is instructor led M/W/F at 4:00 PM. These classes focus on team building, balance, coordination, and strength.

What is a Boot Camp Class?

Boot Camp focuses on body weight or light weight movement. These classes are moderately intense and will give you a good sweat. Boot Camp Classes are M/W/F 9:30 AM

What is Phoenix?

Phoenix is a sober activity community organization we have partnered with. We host group fitness classes Fridays at 6:00 PM all it costs is 48 hours of sobriety prior to the event. Visit their website at for more information.

What is Community Fitness?

We hold FREE community classes every Saturday morning at 9:30 AM. These are partner workouts and open to anyone who wants to give it a try.

What is Weightlifting?

Weightlifting classes are 60 minutes and instructor led. This class focuses on improving one specific weightlifting movement. These cycles will last 8-12 weeks depending on the movement. Weightlifting classes are T/TH 6:30 PM F 5:00 AM

What is Barbell Club?

DEKA classes are 60 minutes and instructor led. These classes are led by our USAW certified coach and focus on weightlifting technique and form. Barbell Club is Sundays at 2:00 PM and Wednesdays 6:00 PM.

What is DEKA?

DEKA classes are 60 minutes and instructor led. The classes will focus on the 10 DEKA movements and running. Class times are T/TH 6:00 AM and 4:30 PM, TH 7:00 PM Movements: Ram Reverse Lunges, Rowing, Step/Jump overs, Medicine Ball sit ups, Ski Erg, Farmers Carry, Biking, Dball over Shoulder, Tank push/pull, and ram burpees.

What is Group Fitness?

Group Fitness classes are 60 minutes and instructor led. There will be a warm up, strength or skill, work out, and cool down. These movements will be functional fitness movements covering weightlifting, cardio, and body control skills.

Do you have showers?

Yes! You will need shower shoes and your own toiletries. There are lockers in the restrooms for you to leave items if you choose. You can also bring your own lock for your locker.
